The best way of doing exercises is to

  • choose the exercises that let you move all parts of your body. Squeeze and release to work out all the muscles.
  • gradually increase your exercise, especially if you are a senior and choose jogging (be careful of your knees). Slowly add time and challenge. Spend at least 20-30 minutes at a time.
  • exercise regularly 3-5 times a week.
  • not worry about work while doing your exercises.
  • work out in the morning to get some fresh air and early sunlight. Everyone at all ages should exercise as a habit.
  • do your exercises before eating or at least 4 hours after your meal.
