Eat to Train mate, Dont Train to Eat!
Breakfast is important, but only in that it provides valuable carbohydrates for you to push yourself in training.
Alternatively, you can exercise before breakfast and then have breakfast after, but the intensity will be reduced in training.
Breakfast post training is the best way to recover and allow your body to become stronger for your next training session. It also keeps your metabolism higher and allows you to burn fat in between meals….always a good thing right??!!
Keep training hard mate and remember….Eat to Train DONT Train to Eat!
