the countdown is on folks until the 6 mile run,,,,(bout 10 kms?)eek.anyway im not going to say thats me started again as i never really stopped,just took a short break.
as the date for the run is on over a month away im planning 6 kms for 2 weeks 6 days per week then up to 8 kms until the big day comes around.
planning to eat better and cut out the adult beverages!
the clock is tickin!bring it on!
