after a double boot camp over the weekend which ive already probably mentioned more than once, i am well and truely back on the fitness campaign!
today i managed around 4 kms,took it nice and easy as legs are still very stiff,so was a case of power walking and light jogging.
all this took place just before 6 am!
feeling great today so far hopefully its going to stay the same!
until next time dj doris is not going to break any world records and im not going to try simply doing the training at my own pace.

trying to redo all the good work I undid at the weekend

I watched what I ate, hardly drank and did loads of training. I did a total of 28km of runnning including a 65min 12km run and I also did 2.5km in the pool.
Then I had a curry. Then I went to a friend’s for dinner on Friday and drank too much. Then I spent 6 hours in the pub on Saturday watching sport and drinking. On sunday I went for brunch at Indigo Pearl and then on Monday I had McDonalds all with no exercise.
So yesterday I got back on the road and did 8km – not very quickly I might add – but felt better about it. Now need to behave myself this weekend – that’s where it gets difficult…..
