Short of my goal to look sharp for the summer I haven’t really got something to train for so motivation to get out and about is sometimes tricky.

Despite that I still managed to get a run and a bike ride in over the weekend.

Friday night I laced up my trainers and did a decent 8km and then on Saturday afternoon after the rain had stopped I got out on the bike and did a leisurely ride of around 35km.

Riding is proving very difficult at the moment because of the strong winds that are battering Phuket and the rain is making the roads slippery. Ah well, nil desperandum!

More exercise this week – swimming, running and biking and I might start my new weight training regime. Wouldn’t mind squeezing some Muay Thai and yoga in but there are only so many hours in day……
